If you feel depressed, painfully anxious, or stuck and alone I can offer you techniques that will help you achieve a more satisfying and happier life.
Change is possible. Problems don’t have to be overwhelming.
In a warm and supportive atmosphere we will work on breaking old habits and establishing ones that are more effective. Using Cognitive Behavioral and other interpersonal techniques, we will identify long-standing patterns that may be holding you back from living the life you want to live.
We can do that work in your own language. In addition to English, I speak French, Russian, Polish and Hebrew.
I have over fifteen years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. Some of my clients experienced divorce and separation from a partner, loss of a loved one, a child leaving home. Sometimes moving to a new place or country can be a challenge.
I work with young adults as well as those who are dealing with challenges and losses due to aging.
